From the initial contact the staff are friendly and professional in every aspect. The only negative comment about the experience was the cleaning of the vehicle when collecting it afterwards,it took two attempts to get marks off the paintwork

No issue with the service itself. It's for the reason above regarding the scratches on windows which I find completely disheartening. I wouldn't expect a back street carwash to do that never mind BMW, who Id expect to have the highest of standards.

I had two BMW call outs, One guy said speed sensor the other suspension sensor. (car bounced up and down sometimes).I need the car daily. You did manage to drop me off at home but the collection was a problem as all your drivers had gone home at 4pm

The work carried out was done as a good will gesture as the car is out of warranty. The vehicle was ready to collect after only a few hours with only a small bill to pay from myself which was unexpected.
Reception and service staff were professional, the vehicle was in for a simple job but returned scratched, which I had to point out - very unprofessional. The vehicle has since been repaired by the dealer, but not without inconvenience

Vehicle has to go in for a steering rack fix but the staff were helpful. Although the email address was incorrect for my account. Reasonable price for the standard service work required before the discovery of the issue. Long wait before a courtesy.
Very satisfied with overall experience only drawback was that I had to leave the car overnight because of shift work and there was no courtesy car available for a couple of weeks
Service itself fine. I reported an electrical problem probably the battery but it would cost £90 to diagnose

I have to say the 1st service advisor who was a young man from mini who was filling in on BMW was excellent, but the young lady who handed my car back to me, clearly was not interested and was just going through the motions in parrot style.
The service I received was great but mainly because I dealt with Gareth hardy who I bought the vehicle off and he level of service is top class

Car left garage with tyre pressures in excess of 50psi. Should have been 35psi and 38psi for front and back.

Tried several times to book the service, but no courtesy car available. Finally booked a day for the service when both my wife and I were off work as told a car would not be available however, a car was available on the day.

Slightly disappointed with this element. I was told to pick the car up on Thursday 31st January however it didn't arrive until the following Monday.
Car was ordered with blind spot assistance but has arrived without.This was absolutely critical as I have difficulty turning my head after neck surgery. We are currently attempting to sort out the problem.
