As far as looking after my car for me great service. One moan , I purchased Alloy wheel cover and cosmetic cover as advised by a BMW sales man at Boldon at the cost of over £700 when purchasing my X3, the service has been terrible ,
Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful staff
The only thing to be slightly frustrated about was the fact I couldn't get a courtesy car for a number of weeks,and it's a nightmare to park at your dealership! Other than that, mint.
This was my second visit to Cooper Sunderland for Servicing and on both occasions there were serious problems with my car which had to be returned for the defects to be rectified

Completed MoT and health check in good time and sent a video. Would have been completely satisfied if someone has called me regarding the steering recall as I never received the letter.

No courtesy card available for a lengthy period of time. A fault was missed whilst the vehicle was in for hesitating whilst being driven. EGR valve replaced but oxygen sensor fault missed..why was it not put on diagnostics?
Inaccurate information after a recall around completion of works and the hard sell of additional items I didn't want at that time. I would have preferred to have been given info regarding service items needed for my vehicle to make my own choice

Very professional service experience with knowledgeable and highly trained service advisors. Good to receive the Citnow videos being issued to customers again so I can see underneath my car and be alerted to any advisory items.

Quality and reliable servicing although puzzled as to why my Cooper installed BMW dash cam was disconnected front and rear after on return after servicing. Possibly this somehow impacts the software required to service the car?
Pricey for servicing but is to be expected as a premium brand. Had a warranty repair of a steering rack which was dealt with thoroughly. Although I had to pay a cost for a courtesy car which took 3 weeks to become available.
My car was in for a software update and some issues I had pointed out, apparently none of this issues had been experienced, including the knocking that you can hear constantly! To resolve this I have had to book another visit!
Cooper repaired the alloys then gave me the car back in fault with tyre pressures too low snd car with restricted speed. Not the biggest issue but what a pain!
if I could have awarded a zero here I would have. they missed problems on the car, gave conflicting information and totally failed to keep promises made. An official complaint has been raised with BMW UK
Not completely since Coopers weren't able to collect and return the vehicle.

Poor condition of my car after the work had been done. Wires from my DashCam left unplugged and dangling in the footwell and across the windscreen. Also the 'washing' of my car left streaks on the glass and bodywork. My car 'settings' had been lost.
They made to sit around for hours while my car was in for a service, wasn't offered a drink or anything and told me to sit and wait until my car was done. They wouldn't give me a loan car as i requested. Extremely dissatisfied with the service.
1. size of alloy wheels. 2. he told us that he never heard of the complementary insurance 3. did not say anything about the voluntary termination of my previous car, then offer half cash back due to the extra charge incurred, but still not received
