usual good service from Coopers, unfortunately as I had a problem outside the service routine I had to return the car on a different day
Good facilities, friendly staff.
I was looked after very well again.
Overall very happy. Service reception and the gentleman dealing with us was exceptional, very helpful and explained everything. Would have completely satisfied other than cost of visit.
Courtesy car provided was not anything close to being a match of the car brought in for service (2 series minibus type van provided when a 4 series was brought in for service)
Customer service was good Rachel Bowen was good but I'm no longer happy with bmw as a whole bmw should recall all cars that have timing chain fails

Good and efficient
Customer support was welcoming and told me everything that was going to happen Couple of points 1. The call centre who booked the service failed to record the price quoted 2. The call centre did not record that a warranty check was required
Car required a component to get though the MOT, the component arrived the following day but apperently had been mis-packaged which meant having to send for another, I was without a car for nearly three days which had an effect on my business.

The Serpentine Belt stayed on when it was serviced at Cooper Sunderland - unlike when it was serviced at Lloyd Newcastle which almost caused me to crash into a wall due to not being able to turn the wheel as expected due to lack of power steering!

Professional and courteous and kept advised by Gary Connon of progress throughout. Confidence in the servicing and MoT process to ensure my car is in 1st class condition.
I booked a MOT but explained that before the MOT I needed a new headlight build fitting as it would fail the MOT. When I went back to pick up the car I was told it had failed its initial MOT due to the headlight failure but passed when new bulb fit

Since owning the car I have always serviced at BMW Sund. Even though dealership service / parts are more expensive than a standard garage you get health check, loan car, wash etc as it benefit but on this occasion it wasn't smooth as usual.

Following fitting of new tyres and complete wheel alignment, I have had to book another appointment to correct steering wheel position offset. The steering wheel also vibrates at 80mph. Not satisfied with the quality of service.

At first problems getting paperwork sorted and car no problems since
No problems experienced. Contact from service department was good. Car was collected and returned as agreed.
At the last visit all issues raised was prompted resolved. I will have to mention Brenda (and other members of the reception team) who is always looking out for the customers, ensuring our comfort while in the centre and sign posting to other teams.
Staff were friendly, ansewed my questions and provided excellent service, feedback was provided on what had occured and issues raised.
My car went in for a recall and service. I reported a fault with my air con and headlight washer. I went to use the car yesterday for the first time since the service and neither are working. Please note air con was working when I picked car up.
After arriving 10 minutes early for appointment, I felt ending up waiting almost 3 hours for a tyre change was unacceptable.
Completely satisfied from start to finish the Coopers team at Sunderland was very helpful from the ladies on the front desk to the gentleman who assisted me with my service on my m3 David the service manager was brilliant put me at ease very knowledg

Again as stated above the level of care and attention that was given while I was picking my new car was second to none. Flawless from start to finish, all made easier with Stephen as my sales rep.
From start to delivery the service was incredible. Only one negative which has nothing whatsoever to do with the staff or the service but I normally recieve a gift from other dealership. Not on this occasion very disappointing. Even a gift voucher.

Lack of communication and didn't feel things were explained very well (maybe sales tactics?) Will use again purely for the car but hopefully the sales experience is improved on next time.
Whole experience was 1st class
The ease of undertaking business at the BMW Cooper, Boldon, was really enjoyable. From first entering the showroom, we were made to feel welcome from the reception team. They listened to my request, found someone who could assist, without delay.
Completely spoilt by the service from finance in returning my old car.
