The service was carried out well, at a reasonable price. I felt that, as a customer, I was looked after very well by the staff at the dealership.

I have already mentioned the high cost of servicing above which is a great disappointment and a let down. The car was washed which for the price is what I would expect but this wasn’t a ‘BMW wash’ this was a rush job, alloys not even cleaned properly

Took my previous car in with a query regarding steering stiffness and told it was ok - but eight months later the steering required replacement due to faulted par5s and contaminated hydraulics. I feel this should have been investigated earlier.

service personnel advised me of what was needed and checked before hand that the price would be ok with me. Only slight concern was handbrake which i felt had not been adjusted as this had to be really pulled tight to prevent car moving on incline.

Top quality service from Cooper BMW Sunderland. Perhaps giving flowers or chocolates to the customer would be a nice gesture too, but nonetheless Kevin and Sydney provided great customer service
