The sales and management team have had no sense of urgency in helping me to fix the problems that I've had since collecting my car.

A new car shouldn't need work done to allow the washer fluid to be filled. It took 2 visits to sort.

After needing two new tyres following a MOT I find it unacceptable for one tyre to then be flat the following morning. After ringing I was informed I'd need to bring it back in but working away I could not do this. Resorted to taking it to kwikfit.
Service done in a timely manner excellent communications from the service desk and reception. Clear pricing. I have not given the 5th star as my car had been cleaned, which I appreciate, but oddly patches of the body had been missed.

Staff were excellent service was efficient and they were people I could talk to.
I've dealt with Coopers for many years for my servicing. Preferring to drive to Boldon as opposed to using a more local dealer. This is due to continued experience with both servicing partners.

Pleasant courteous staff, was dealt with promptly. Nice waiting area. Video sent to phone showing condition of brakes, suspension etc during service. Car washed and vacuumed afterwards.
The camera which was originally fitted in my 420 was deemed to be incompatible with the new vehicle, however the camera had been broken when being refitted by coopers. This was verified by an independent company.
my car is worse now after work done and has caused me no end of stress , emergency assistance had to be called to bring the car back in and it is still with you now again !, 3rd time I have had to call EA after the car has been in the dealer's !!!
Initially had an issue with the service carried out, however after speaking directly to BMW, they completed the work while doing the recall work. Shame had to contact BMW to get all work completed when they should have accepted their fault.

Courtesy car provided was not anything close to being a match of the car brought in for service (2 series minibus type van provided when a 4 series was brought in for service)
Overall very happy. Service reception and the gentleman dealing with us was exceptional, very helpful and explained everything. Would have completely satisfied other than cost of visit.

Fault diagnosed and rectified , unfortunately having had to leave the car with the dealership overnight due to my shift pattern at work, there were no courtesy cars available within the next 2 weeks.. my only disappointment.

Good and efficient
Customer support was welcoming and told me everything that was going to happen Couple of points 1. The call centre who booked the service failed to record the price quoted 2. The call centre did not record that a warranty check was required

Car required a component to get though the MOT, the component arrived the following day but apperently had been mis-packaged which meant having to send for another, I was without a car for nearly three days which had an effect on my business.

The Serpentine Belt stayed on when it was serviced at Cooper Sunderland - unlike when it was serviced at Lloyd Newcastle which almost caused me to crash into a wall due to not being able to turn the wheel as expected due to lack of power steering!
Professional and courteous and kept advised by Gary Connon of progress throughout. Confidence in the servicing and MoT process to ensure my car is in 1st class condition.
Never been let down yet
I booked a MOT but explained that before the MOT I needed a new headlight build fitting as it would fail the MOT. When I went back to pick up the car I was told it had failed its initial MOT due to the headlight failure but passed when new bulb fit

From start to delivery the service was incredible. Only one negative which has nothing whatsoever to do with the staff or the service but I normally recieve a gift from other dealership. Not on this occasion very disappointing. Even a gift voucher.
