Quality and reliable servicing although puzzled as to why my Cooper installed BMW dash cam was disconnected front and rear after on return after servicing. Possibly this somehow impacts the software required to service the car?
Pricey for servicing but is to be expected as a premium brand. Had a warranty repair of a steering rack which was dealt with thoroughly. Although I had to pay a cost for a courtesy car which took 3 weeks to become available.
My car was in for a software update and some issues I had pointed out, apparently none of this issues had been experienced, including the knocking that you can hear constantly! To resolve this I have had to book another visit!
Cooper repaired the alloys then gave me the car back in fault with tyre pressures too low snd car with restricted speed. Not the biggest issue but what a pain!
if I could have awarded a zero here I would have. they missed problems on the car, gave conflicting information and totally failed to keep promises made. An official complaint has been raised with BMW UK
Not completely since Coopers weren't able to collect and return the vehicle.

Poor condition of my car after the work had been done. Wires from my DashCam left unplugged and dangling in the footwell and across the windscreen. Also the 'washing' of my car left streaks on the glass and bodywork. My car 'settings' had been lost.
They made to sit around for hours while my car was in for a service, wasn't offered a drink or anything and told me to sit and wait until my car was done. They wouldn't give me a loan car as i requested. Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Again I have dealt with this dealership over a period of 29 years so I believe that answers all the questions you ask me from time to time if it was not so I would tell you!

Experience to date. Nothing is to much trouble
The service I had, I was informed would be 1-1.5 hours long. It was 2.5 hours long and as I had babies to get home to this wasn't really an ideal situation. The only reason I think I got it within 2.5 hours is because I complained on the time taken.

A problem arose with my vehicle while being serviced, BMW Service department contacted me explaining the nature of the problem and duly set about resolving it. this involved holding discussions with the insurance company before being able to proceed
The dealership have gone above and beyond expectation in ensuring my car was given the time to both service and remedy , aswell as the time to return to me spotless as I had hoped.
No complimentary valet. Upon making them aware of this, it was taken away and returned 5 mins later to a very poor standard shouldn't have bothered.

We were treated with courtesy throughout. Emma had a very good knowledge of the product and was able to advise regarding any queries we had. She was very professional, but also had a great sense of humour.
