In the event of an accident you may find yourself under pressure from your insurance company to have repairs carried out at a different body-shop (one approved by the insurance company rather than BMW). This is generally because of cost and administration convenience. Please remember however that the choice of repairer does not lie with the insurance company, it lies only with the policyholder, in other words with you!
You are fully entitled to insist that Mill Car Clinic carry out the repair to your car.
Only Mill Car Clinic has immediate access to and actually use BMW colour system paint as well as original BMW parts and approved materials.
Only Mill Car Clinic technicians are all highly trained by BMW in their own approved repair techniques. This training is regularly updated to take account of the new design and build detail changes being incorporated at BMW factories.
Only Mill Car Clinic are vetted and approved by BMW, which means that there will be no doubts over the future corrosion warranty that comes as standard with all new BMW products.
In addition, if the accident is not your fault, Mill Car Clinic will immediately arrange for a like for like car replacement.
