A problem arose with my vehicle while being serviced, BMW Service department contacted me explaining the nature of the problem and duly set about resolving it. this involved holding discussions with the insurance company before being able to proceed
The dealership have gone above and beyond expectation in ensuring my car was given the time to both service and remedy , aswell as the time to return to me spotless as I had hoped.
No complimentary valet. Upon making them aware of this, it was taken away and returned 5 mins later to a very poor standard shouldn't have bothered.
Quick efficient and tailored to my specific needs.

As above. Friendly staff but grey area's which should be mastered in a luxury car showroom like BMW.
Initially I was advised that the car would be ready the next day, Friday, I received no advice and I had to ring on the Friday afternoon for an update. The call was passed on several times before someone advised that they would email the department.
It was what I've come to to expect from BMW, first class.
I have complete faith in both the servicing team and the after sales team.
Car was returned promptly and on time. Run in service and recall completed quickly.
From the initial contact the staff are friendly and professional in every aspect. The only negative comment about the experience was the cleaning of the vehicle when collecting it afterwards,it took two attempts to get marks off the paintwork

No issue with the service itself. It's for the reason above regarding the scratches on windows which I find completely disheartening. I wouldn't expect a back street carwash to do that never mind BMW, who Id expect to have the highest of standards.

I had two BMW call outs, One guy said speed sensor the other suspension sensor. (car bounced up and down sometimes).I need the car daily. You did manage to drop me off at home but the collection was a problem as all your drivers had gone home at 4pm

The work carried out was done as a good will gesture as the car is out of warranty. The vehicle was ready to collect after only a few hours with only a small bill to pay from myself which was unexpected.
They kept me informed 100%.
Reception and service staff were professional, the vehicle was in for a simple job but returned scratched, which I had to point out - very unprofessional. The vehicle has since been repaired by the dealer, but not without inconvenience

Vehicle has to go in for a steering rack fix but the staff were helpful. Although the email address was incorrect for my account. Reasonable price for the standard service work required before the discovery of the issue. Long wait before a courtesy.
Very satisfied with overall experience only drawback was that I had to leave the car overnight because of shift work and there was no courtesy car available for a couple of weeks
Service itself fine. I reported an electrical problem probably the battery but it would cost £90 to diagnose

I have to say the 1st service advisor who was a young man from mini who was filling in on BMW was excellent, but the young lady who handed my car back to me, clearly was not interested and was just going through the motions in parrot style.

Got mine very quickly as had a cancellation so was able to decide if I wanted that one and the whole motability part was sorted, signed, sealed delivered all in the space of 3 weeks. Amazing

We were looking for a Motability vehicle ticking several boxes but getting the vehicle quickly was also important. Emma exceeded out expectations. We had also visited alternative car dealers and your centre was by far more welcoming.
