It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. Only reason I wasnt completely satisfied was I was told on arriving at service desk the car wasnt finished and would be 20 minutes, which wasnt a problem but I was left waiting 80 minutes.

I booked a service but due to illness had to rearrange at last minute, Coopers call centre were unabable to help, enter Julie on reception who quickly sorted things out along with Michael, service advisor. Thank you for your prompt, friendly service.

Would of been 10 but was advised it had to be returned for further work due to a recall. Should of been advised this on the initial booking.

The memory function for the driver profiles had been deleted upon picking the car up, causing much issue with me and my wife in having to set up both profiles again including radio saved stations and seat positions etc. BMW could have saved them.
