I had to wait quite a long time in the showroom as my car was ready an hour later than expected. Otherwise excellent service as usual from Cooper BMW Sunderland!

I was explained what was going to be done to my car and was offered a very nice courtesy car while mine was been serviced. Also the mini valet was a bonus
It took three attempts to get my tyre sorted which was disappointing, how ever the service guy was very very good as the issues that caused the delay were not his fault and he was very helpful
Very helpful, had a difficult problem with a wheel vibration on my car but could not find the fault after replacing a part under warranty that was deteriorating but they did try to solve unfortunate that they didnt but helpful all the same

We did not get offered as much as we thought our car was worth.
Overall did a good job but took all day to do a minor service and check a problem I raised with them.no feedback to say when car would be ready ,or offer to drop off or pick us up to collect car.

Was advised what was wrong with car- you had to order the part- so was booked in for the part to be fitted
The service experience was first class. The car was booked in for the very next day by Ellie (no courtesy car needed) however I did need it returned by 3pm at the latest. At 2.20 I received a phone call from Ellie to say car was ready to collect.
Speedy service, and use of high spec curtesy car
Dealership didnt tell me my locking wheel nut was missing when car was in at dealership! Only found out when I was stranded on motorway with a flat tyre! They carried out work a week earlier and could on put it on the notes!

Only reason I wasnt completely satisfied was I was told on arriving at service desk the car wasnt finished and would be 20 minutes, which wasnt a problem but I was left waiting 80 minutes.

The car was waiting in the delivery bay and was in top condition. I was however a little disappointed in the dirt levels found under the bonnet of the car. At just over £79000 I was expecting a clean engine compartment, this was not the case.
