As well as a service I had a query about the I drive control screen not working as it should. Stewart who was looking after me explained what was required to my satisfaction. The service and faltering were done on time.
As always, the service experience was extremely good and I was informed all the way through the process about the steps being taken and the costs involved.

Did what i asked and explained everything.
On this visit I only needed a tyre repair but ended up needing new tyre. Previously I got 4 new tyres for £660 but on this occasion I was charged £210 for 1. I came away feeling somehow they knew that I had to buy a new tyre so charged accordingly.
Car was serviced, cleaned and delivered back to me. In addition an engine timing/misfire was corrected. I have marked it 4 and not 5 only on the basis that I suspect that the engine issue was a product of work done at the last service.
Lack of laison between workshop and reception, kept waiting 25 mins after being advised vehicle was ready.
Very easy people to do business with and they ALWAYS go the extra mile.
Needed to return vehicle on day following as the refitted summer wheels not inflated to correct pressure. Otherwise completed satisfied with service etc, especially the chauffeur service to and from the garage.

Service done to time whilst i waited as planned. Only issue was that the car although washed on one side wasn't washed on the other side! No issue with the service or spotted when i was shown the car, i assumed all done! but a minor niggle at most.
I wasn't sure whether I should have received a video of the service carried out? And the complimentary vacuum didn't include the boot space which I had cleared.
Always address any issues in a quick and positive way.

See above. The brake problem should have been pointed out to me before I left home to collect the car. Had it been, I would have had you do that work as well.
