The lady who dealt with me was very good. She was knowledgable and had a good understanding of my vehicle. She was called Ellie Farrell.
Grant is absolutely brilliant and so are the reception staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
Very good but a shame I couldnt have been picked up from the station and had to fork out for a taxi and the price quoted for additional work outside of the BMW service work was ridiculous so they lost the business. Otherwise a good dealership

Disappointed upon arrival at Cooper BMW Sunderland on Monday 23rdOctober. Reception desk very welcoming and friendly.Alas, the young man (Trainee?) asked to deputise for Ellie was not so sure of his role and what he needed to do to check my vehicle.
Service was carried out without any problems, and car was also cleaned.The software upgrade removed all of my settings, e.g. stored radio stations.Finally, no replacement car was available until over a week later.
Service completed on schedule, drop off and pick up from home brilliant, front of house staff very friendly and all desk staff very knowledgeable and helpful throughout

I have been a customer at Cooper / Sunderland for a number of years and they have always had a high standard of service from the friendly and helpful reception staff, the professional sales executive team to the excellent service department.
Booked car in early due to work commitments, Cooper BMW where happy to cooperate and work round my schedule.

Professional, courteous and friendly. Knew my name and kept me informed.
My query was answered, I was offered the option of having work carried out on the car while I waited. I was asked if I would like the car washed, which I declined but I was offered the option to call back in and have the car washed at my convenienc.
Only negative issue was discovering car exterior was not clean on collection. The wing mirrors and the full length of the lower doors were mud splashed. It appeared that the car had been driven post wash, maybe road test? 0.2 miles 'on the clock'.
All staff were very competent and professional and completed the full process with excellent results

I was disappointed that the tyre pressures were correct when I dropped it off. But when I collected I had to reset the pressure computer. Also there was £5 worth of diesel missing....
Everyone is always welcoming. Some times it feels like Ive went to my grandparents house because they are constantly trying to make you hot drinks.
Again there was no problem or issues encountered during the booking in of my car for the service and mot, all work was completed on time

My vehicle was booked in to have on-board charger changed for the second time in the space of 4 months. Again, as per previous occasion, no courtesy car was available.This is my first BMW vehicle and I have concerns about Q&R of the product.

As always I have found on my many visits, usually Sales, Servicing or VIP Events. It has always been a warm, friendly and professional service given at all times.
Collected car, rang to advise of work required for service and £ cost. Car returned home having been serviced and thoroughly valeted, within a few hours. Loved the video of the service inspection too.

Very helpful after a problem with my newly purchased bmw approved car from haliwell jones Chester the car was given to me with warped discs front and rear, this was checked by cooper and replaced as haliwell jones should have done.
A phone call earlier in the day would have been appreciated (not 3pm) to inform us that they never had the car parts available to change, especially since I left the car at 9.00am and asked to have it back as soon as possible.
Would of been 5 stars if it had not the brake problem

Nothing was a problem and everything was ready for us when we went to collect our car.

There was no pressure selling involved, and any negotiation was conducted in a professional, relaxed manner. Delivery was great and everything was explained well.
Staff at the showroom were very obliging at all times during my visits to look at the cars. The sales person was very helpful at all times during the process of deciding on the car specification and kept me informed all along the way to the delivery.

Car ready when expected, adaption completed to high standard , car pre fueled . Sale exec Brian little wood fully explained operation of car before we left Brian made purchase of car plain and simple for myself.
The staff at the BMW centre, particularly Gregg Cathrae the Sales Executive and Brenda the 'Greeter', are extremely friendly and all go out of their way to make you (and the wife) feel completely at home. They give genuine opinions and viewpoints.
Everything was explained thoroughly by Gregg throughout the process.

I was told that my new car will have remote parking facility. I was a bit disappointed when I found that that facility was not put on my car.
