Car was taken in on arranged date and came back cleaned and on time
Oil filter fitted resulted in low oil pressure warning. Vehicle needed to be recovered for additional work/replacement of faulty filter. Not something I would have expected from the fitting of OEM parts.

The service team were good, however the Technicians scratched my vehicle considerably whilst in their care. Upon reporting this to the service team, they could not agree to repair the damage for six weeks.
I requested a run flat tyre, it was supplied and fitted later on same day.The car was given a health check and a valet without being requested.
I visited this garage a number of times to try and purchase a X1 and also for a service and new number plate on my 4 series.

From the greeting by Brenda at reception to the service desk where I was dealt with by Daniel and then David on collection of my car to the technicians who cured the problem of the exhaust hitting the underside of the car. service was first class.

The service i have received in the past has been excellent and continues to be so.
Not sure if front brake pads and discs really needed replacement. The computer says I'll need to do the rear brake pads soon, but the technical assessment says they are good for a far longer time.
I was contacted to say when would be collected and again to let me know when it be delivered back
Helpful but no pressure. I knew what iwanted and they offered me a stock car the colour and trim that suited. No trade in and cash deal got me a good discount.
I was initially disappointed that a courtesy car was not offered but after further lengthy discussions I was eventually provided with a courtesy car.
I have dealt with Cooper Sunderland since 1990 hence the fact because I always receive excellant service from ALL departments I travel the 55 (return) miles when I could in fact use Cooper Stockton only 30 (return) miles from my home.

I had just had car valeted. Car came back from service with windows dirtier inside and out than when it went in.
staff extremely helpful. Service carried out in timely manner and full explanation given when I collected my vehicle. Only downside is the cost of a service!

When purchased I requested that the vehicle had a Park Assist Package, which was confirmed that it had. I was subsequently advised that the vehicle had a Reversing Camera, & Rear Parking Sensors only. This was disappointing as this as a specific req.
My Wife and I had a bad experience with 1 member of the sales team with regards selling us various insurances.We spent more than £25K to purchase the vehicle then upon requesting the nav/entertainment booklet learned it would cost us, disgusting.
