Only reason I wasnt completely satisfied was I was told on arriving at service desk the car wasnt finished and would be 20 minutes, which wasnt a problem but I was left waiting 80 minutes.
i felt like they did everything and more to resolve my issues

Would of been 10 but was advised it had to be returned for further work due to a recall. Should of been advised this on the initial booking.
The memory function for the driver profiles had been deleted upon picking the car up, causing much issue with me and my wife in having to set up both profiles again including radio saved stations and seat positions etc. BMW could have saved them.
Engine issue under warranty. Booked in at very short notice between Christmas and new year and resolved promptly. Great communication whilst the car was with them with regular status updates

All issues apart from one were dealt with to my satisfaction. Unfortunately despite signs of excessive wear to the leather steering wheel and black colour coming off, the steering wheel was not replaced under warranty.
Had booked in for the winter service and was told that a software modification was required and would I mind if they did it while the car was there. No problem.

The service did not take long thats was fine. Unfortunately I had wanted other work done and that had not been arranged even though I had asked. I was disappointed.

Due to how we were dealt with as a customer, would have been alower score due to the circumstance, had it not been for a chance meet with a certain staff member who went above and beyond to sort the issue we had with our car. Asset to BMW!!

There was no dispute about the problem I encountered. When I raised the problem it was accepted to be a recognised manufacturing problem and dealt with at my soonest convenience.
